Service restored and stable since Fibre overlay carried out to restore service

Fibre testing confirmed fibre cut located 5.36kms away from Tahuna exchange (THN). Technician en route to investigate damage.
Revised impact on Corporate customers : 49 -> 79 (no change to N4L impact, still 28 x schools impacted).

We are aware of a number of schools in the Coromandel/Thames/Paeroa Area region that are experiencing a loss of internet. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this and once established will work to remedy the issue. We will continue to update this website as more information comes to hand.
