We’ve been made aware that some schools are experiencing issues accessing YouTube due to an age restriction on their Google Workspace.
This is not something that N4L manages, but if you’re experiencing this issue our recommendation is to reach out to your school’s Google Workspace administrator or IT provider and ask them to check the age-based access settings in your Google Admin console. You can find further information here.
