We’ll be conducting routine backend maintenance for our core infrastructure on Friday 28 August between 5pm and 7pm.
What you need to know:
- Internet connectivity: Your school’s internet connection will remain up and fully functional during the maintenance window.
- Connected devices: All devices already on the Wi-Fi network will experience no disruption.
- New Wi-Fi Connections: New devices attempting to join the Wi-Fi network during brief cutover moments may encounter a temporary connection error. If this happens, wait 2 minutes and try again.
