Field tech is working on fibre repair, and has provided an ETR of 9pm this evening.

We are aware that approximately 14 schools in or near Napier and Hastings are experiencing a loss of Internet service. We believe this is due to a cut fibre cable. Network engineers are attending the fault but we have no estimated time to resolve to share at this stage. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
