We have confirmed the outage has been caused by a fibre cut, but we have no ETR at this time.

We are aware of and investigating a current network event causing loss of internet service for schools in the Coromandel, Thames and Paeroa regions.
Our engineers are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and we will update this page as we get more information.
