As part of the continuous improvement we undertake to help keep things safer, more secure and running smoothly, we’ll be performing a range of maintenance work across Term Four.
There’s nothing you need to do and everything should continue working as normal, but we wanted to give you a heads up as you may see some minor differences in any network management systems you might have access to. We’ll notify schools directly with all the details if any additional maintenance needs to be completed that could impact service availability.
Working around exams
We know how important the upcoming exams are for secondary schools. While we don’t expect this work to impact service availability in schools, we’ll be scheduling it carefully around the exam period to minimise the chance of any unexpected disruption.
