We’re carrying out an update that may impact your ability to log in to your N4L account across our services during a small window, between 6pm – 7pm Monday 29 May. Services include: Support Hub, Filtering Portal and the Reporting app.
Around this time, all active sessions will be terminated. This means that any user that is logged in at the time of the update will be logged out of their N4L account on their browser.
If you’re logged out, you will be able to log back in immediately either directly or via your 2-auth or multi-factor authentication.
