We will be conducting backend maintenance for our core infrastructure in our datacentres between Saturday 28 September at 8am and Friday 11 October at 5pm.

This is a heads up of the maintenance we are doing, there is NO expected impact on services facing schools during weekdays.

We have one change the weekend of Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October where there may be a quick intermittent interruption while we swap over to backup circuits, meaning access to Administrative functions to SmartZone Controller and MyN4L may be unavailable for a few seconds.

In general, all changes that cause any outages for school facing services are done outside of school operating hours as per standard practice.
