We’re currently investigating an issue regarding the management of Ruckus switches in Equipment Replacement schools.
Some switches that are online are showing as offline on the Ruckus SmartZone controller, meaning schools and IT providers are unable to make changes through SmartZone.
We’ve raised a case with Ruckus alongside our investigation. In the meantime, we’ve established an alternative means for you to make SmartZone changes, so please contact us on 0800 LEARNING if you have changes you need to make.
Please note that school internet connections aren’t impacted by this issue.
