We’d like to notify you of the upcoming Ruckus Cloudpath upgrade to version 6.0.
It will be carried out in 5 stages: on 7, 9, 14, 16 and 20 January (4pm to 11:30pm) and we’re contacting all affected schools directly with their upgrade dates.

The upgrade is expected to cause an outage, meaning some schools that have migrated to Secure Access will be unable to access the Wi-Fi network or enrol new users and devices to the school’s network during this time.

Additionally, some schools that have completed the Equipment Replacement process also might experience connectivity challenges on wired devices during the process.
