We’d like to notify you of the upcoming Ruckus Cloudpath upgrade to a new version for some remaining schools.
It will be carried out between 4pm on 11 April and and 9am on 12 April and we’re contacting all affected schools directly with their upgrade details.
The upgrade is expected to cause an outage, meaning affected schools will be unable to access the Wi-Fi network or, in case of Secure Access schools, enrol new users and devices to the school’s network during this time.
Please contact the Customer Service team on 0800 532 764 between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday should you experience any post-maintenance issues.
