Issue has been resolved overnight.

Engineers have replaced the second piece of suspect equipment but service is still down. The next piece of equipment that is suspect connects to users that are not currently experiencing this fault, so the repair will now pause until 1am, to minimise the impact to these additional users. We will provide next update at 7:30am to advise the result of the repair.

Initial equipment replacement has failed to restore service, looking like additional equipment is needing to be replaced, work is continuing, still no ETR.

Work continues, unfortunately still no ETR.

Engineers have isolated the fault to network hardware and are currently sourcing replacement equipment, still no ETR.

We have an outage affecting Warkworth schools, who will be experiencing a loss of internet. Technicians are working to resolve this issue however we have no estimated time to resolve at the moment.
