The Education Service Desk, who manage enquiries for a range of applications used by schools and the wider education sector (such as Education Sector Logon and e-asTTle), has transferred from the Ministry of Education to N4L.
There’s no disruption or change to the service they’re providing – you’ll be able to get in touch with the Education Service Desk on the same details as before, as well as reaching them via N4L’s contact details, providing a single point of contact for all Education Service Desk enquiries.
Regardless of which contact details you use, all responses from the Education Service Desk will now come from the N4L email address [email protected].
We’re making things simpler, by giving schools one place to go for network, cybersecurity and online application support.

A note on privacy
To ensure the Education Service Desk can provide the same support as before, N4L now has authorised access to National Student Numbers (NSNs), including access to Personal Identifiable Information across the systems that the Education Service Desk uses. More information on this can be found here.
