We are aware that approximately 30 schools across the country are experiencing an issue with receiving inbound email on our Email Protection service. Our engineers are investigating and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
Update 7:48pm – The incident is resolved. The team are in the process of contacting schools that may have any residual impacts.
