We are currently aware of an incident impacting access to MyN4L, IEM portal and access to Ruckus Wi-Fi controllers.
Impact is as follows:
IEM Portal: Ministry users and IEM Installers
My N4L: All users
Ruckus Controller: Access to the controller for IT technicians
There is no impact for students and teaching staff.
Our team are in the process of investigating and we’ll provide any further details as soon as we have them.
Update: 1:21pm – The issue has been isolated and the team is working to put a resolution in place.
