We’re aware of end-of-life Chromebooks dropping off networks impacting OS version 103 (and lower) users. This is a result of Google implementing their Auto Update policy.

What you can do

School’s IT support or IT providers need to remove the impacted device’s network profile from their Google MDM system and reconnect it manually to the school’s Wi-Fi. This means the impacted devices won’t be managed centrally anymore. Ultimately, schools should consider creating an alternative plan to upgrade the impacted devices.
