Early on Wednesday morning (17 December) our network partner Spark will be carrying out an urgent upgrade to their DNS systems. As part of our ongoing commitment to building an excellent online experience for schools we are also taking part in this upgrade, ensuring the advantages of this upgrade is also passed onto all schools connected to the N4L Managed Network.

Impact: None Expected
The work will begin at 7am Wednesday morning and is expected to last no longer than 60 minutes. We do not expect there to be any impact to your Managed Network service and schools should be able to use the internet as normal.
If any problems are encountered during this upgrade we will communicate with the “ICT Contact” of each school as soon as possible.
