We’re aware of an issue where some legitimate inbound emails at schools using N4L’s Email Protection service aren’t being delivered.
This is a global issue with Proofpoint, the provider of the Email Protection platform. Proofpoint is working on resolving the issue and we’ll provide further updates when we can.
Update: Proofpoint has implemented some fixes and we’re seeing some improvements on the issue. Our engineers are continuing to work with Proofpoint towards a resolution.
Latest Update: The issue has been resolved and the team are working on releasing the legitimised emails caught in quarantine.
Final Update: The team have finalised the releasing of legitmate emails and the issue has been closed.
