Ruckus identified a manufacturing issue impacting some RUCKUS ICX7450-24P switches installed under Equipment Replacement.
Due to a hardware design issue, some switches are falsely detecting the power supply (PSU) as faulty.
Please note, the impacted switches are currently still working, however, to prevent any future issues, we need to replace them with new ones so they continue to operate as expected.
N4L is in the process of contacting all impacted schools to remediate this issue.
